Tech Academy LLC Terms and Conditions including Waiver.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in any Tech Academy LLC activities or using our facilities, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Assumption of Risk and Responsibility: Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with soccer activities, including but not limited to injury, accidents, and property damage. Tech Academy LLC and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any such occurrences.

3. Release and Waiver of Liability: In consideration for being allowed to participate in Tech Academy LLC activities, participants and their parents or guardians (if under 18) hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Tech Academy LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by participants.

4. Medical Authorization: In case of injury or illness during Tech Academy LLC activities, I authorize Tech Academy LLC staff to obtain medical treatment as deemed necessary.

5. Use of Video and Media Content: Participants grant Tech Academy LLC the right to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during activities for promotional, advertising, or other legitimate purposes on the Tech Academy LLC website and social media platforms.

6. Parental or Guardian Consent (for minors): I, as the parent or legal guardian of the participant, hereby consent to their participation in Tech Academy LLC activities. I have read and understand the terms and conditions, and I acknowledge the risks involved.

7. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes fair play, sportsmanship, and respect for others. Failure to do so may result in suspension or expulsion from Tech Academy LLC activities.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Updates to Terms and Conditions: Tech Academy LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
