8 Week Program: League: Soccer Centers, Somerset Sundays between 2pm - 7pm Jan - Feb Technical Training: 8x 1.5hr sessions Fridays 7pm - 8:30pm Metuchen Sportplex: 215 Durham Ave, Metuchen Jan 5th - Feb 23rd Athletic Performance/Injury prevention Training: 8x 1.5hr sessions Wednesdays 6:30pm - 8pm Impact Performance Center: 3996 county road 516 suite 108 Matawan NJ Jan 10th - Feb 28th Focus points: - Strength Training - Conditioning - Mobility - Injury Prevention & Recovery - Speed and Power Development For anyone who can't make any of the sessions we can discount the price just message us and well send it over!
